Excerpt from Yogashikha Upanishad ( yogaśikhopaniṣat योगशिखोपनिषत्)
It is my translation that is somehow different from existing outline. (So the bad karma for the potential mistakes goes entirely to me) I plan to publish here some more verses. So stay in touch to getthe whole message and tell me if you find it useful. or just like it.

मन्त्रो लयो हठो राजयोगोऽन्तर्भूमिकाः क्रमात्॥ १२९॥
mantro layo haṭho rājayogo'ntarbhūmikāḥ kramāt || 129||
mantraḥ = Mantra Yoga
layaḥ = Laya Yoga
haṭhaḥ = Hatha Yoga
rājayogaḥ = Raja Yoga
antar = internal
bhūmikāḥ = step, degree
kramāt = walking, going

एक एव चतुर्धाऽयं महायोगोऽभिधीयते।
हकारेण बहिर्याति सकारेण विशेत्पुनः॥ १३०॥
eka eva caturdhā'yaṁ mahāyogo'bhidhīyate |
hakāreṇa bahiryāti sakāreṇa viśetpunaḥ || 130||
eka = single, one
eva = indeed , truly , really
caturdhā = fourfold, in 4 parts
ayam = this, this here, the present
mahāyoga = Maha Yoga
abhidhīyate = is to be known as
this is indeed single one fourfold Maha Yoga
hakāreṇa = trough "ha"
bahiryāti = exhaling, expeling
sakareṇa = trough "sa"
viś = to enter, enter in,
punar = back, in an opposite direction, again
Exhaling trough "ha" and back inhaling through "sa"
हंसहंसेति मन्त्रोऽयं सर्वैर्जीवश्च जप्यते।
गुरुवाक्यात्सुषुम्नायां विपरीतो भवेज्जपः॥ १३१॥
haṁsahaṁseti mantro'yaṁ sarvairjīvaśca japyate |
guruvākyātsuṣumnāyāṁ viparīto bhavejjapaḥ || 131||
haṁsa = hamsa
iti = in this manner , thus
mantraḥ = mantra
ayam = this, this here
sarvais = by all (pl. Inst..)
jīvās = living beings
ca = and
japayate = repeatedly chanted
and in this manner all living beings repeatedly chant this mantra "hamsa hamsa".
guru = Guru
vākyāt = told
suṣumnāyām = in the Sushumna (f.Loc.)
viparitaḥ = turned round , reversed
bhavet japa = he should chant (repeatedly)
[the Yogin] should chant it reversed reputedly in the Sushumna as tould by Guru.
सोऽहंसोऽहमिति प्रोक्तो मन्त्रयोगः स उच्यते।
प्रतीतिर्मन्त्रयोगाच्च जायते पश्चिमे पथि॥ १३२॥
so'haṁso'hamiti prokto mantrayogaḥ sa ucyate |
pratītirmantrayogācca jāyate paścime pathi || 132||
sa = he (it)
aham = I am
iti = in this manner , thus
prokta = announced, told, taught
mantrayogaḥ = Mantra Yoga
ucyate = is called, is described
"I am he, I am he" told in this manner, is called Mantra Yoga
pratītiḥ = m. clear apprehension or insight into anything, complete understanding or ascertainment, conviction confidence, faith, belief
mantra yogāt = through Mantra Yoga
ca = and
jāyate = to be born or produced
paścime = on the west/back (loc.), ultimate, last
pathin = way, path, manner (loc.)
and through Mantra Yoga the one who has clear understanding/insight is born on the Path to liberation (lit. Path along the Back, is synonym for Susumna)

and in this way the one who has clear understanding/insight through Mantra Yoga is born for last/ultimate time
